Because of the nature of our products we cannot accept to return your order in case you have changed your mind.
Please take into consideration that under regulation 13(1)(c) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 the consumer does not have the right to cancel where the contract is for the supply of goods "which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly".
However, you can cancel your order before the dispatch of your order, which usually takes place the next business day from the day you placed your order. In such case you have to pay nothing as we charge you only when the goods are ready to be dispatched.
