Food quality complaint

All our products are of top quality. We consider it very unlikely to have any complaint regarding the quality of our products. 

We aim to respond to email, faxed and written queries within 24 hours. We can answer your telephone queries Monday to Friday between 0930am and 1700pm.

We shall investigate any complaint received and contact you within twenty-one days of the complaint informing you of the result of our investigation and of any action which we propose to take in response to your complaint.
